How do I place an order?
Ordering on 4ever2.com is safe and easy. Once you have found the ring style you like in the size you need, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your Shopping Cart. From your cart click “Proceed to checkout” and follow the prompts to complete your order.
Your order is not completed until the very end of the process where you will be prompted to enter in your credit card information.

What if I need help with my purchase?
If you need help with your purchase you may contact us by phone during our contact hours. You may also contact us by using the smiling face icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. If you use the smiling face to contact us outside normal business hours, it may take us some time to get back to you. We are also available to answer questions via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What types of payment methods do you accept?
4ever2.com accepts all major credit cards and payments made via a valid PayPal account.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Currently the only sales tax being charged is to Michigan Residents.
What shipping options are available?
We offer free shipping for all purchases on 4ever2.com via USPS First Class Mail. We currently do not offer any other options for shipping.
Can I track my order online?
You can track the shipment of your order once it has been shipped. You will receive an e-mail notification when your item has shipped with the tracking information.
Am I able to make changes to my order once my order has been placed?
You have 24 hours from the time you make your order to request any changes. You may do so by using the contact page or by calling us at 810-289-3905 during our contact hours.
Do I have the ability to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by using the contact page or by calling 810-289-3905 during our contact hours.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
4ever2 Jewelstone Bands offers a 60 day money back guarantee on any purchase. We also offer 60 day exchange period as long as the ring is returned to us in sellable condition.
Do you offer resizing?
All rings can be sent in for resizing for a fee of $20 plus shipping. However, if the ring is received in the wrong size we will cover the cost of resizing.
Can I get the rings custom engraved?
Yes. When you place your order please leave a comment in the order notes on the checkout page. This will be an additional fee of $15 per band.
Can I get a different type of stone instead of Rose Quartz?
We can add an additional stone to your band for a charge of $50 per stone. We will add the stone in addition to the Rose Quartz Jewelstone. Then additional stone choices you have to pick from are Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, or Diamond.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Use of household cleaners such as window cleaner or a mild detergent are safe to use on 4ever2 Bands with a soft cleaning cloth. Do not use any type of brush, sharp instrument or rough cloth for cleaning. Use of ultra-sonic cleaner and jewelry steaming are safe to use sparingly. Do not let your 4ever2 Band sit in ultra-sonic cleaner for more than a couple of minutes.
Can I get my item repaired?
Yes. We offer repairs for all of our rings. Use the contact page on our website or call us at 810-289-3905 to begin the repair process. The cost of shipping the ring to us is the responsibility of the customer.
Are repairs free?
Repairs are free if the reason for the repair is a manufacturing defect. If we find the reason for repair is not a manufacturing defect and is due to normal wear and tear the cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
How can I check on the status of my repair?
Once we have received your ring a member from our team will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. That team member will be your contact throughout the repair process and will keep you up to date of the progress of your repair. They will also send you a confirmation e-mail with tracking information when we send your repaired ring back to you.
Is there a warranty on my 4ever2 Jewelstone Band?
How can I leave a review?
Click on the shop tab and then click on the style of ring you ordered. Half way down the page is a reviews tab. When you click that tab you will have the option to enter in your name, email, and review.
